The grower has been arrested for other issues but is still allowed to operate a high risk commercial grow house in a neighborhood. Cannibusinesses are creating problems in Oakland neighorhoods. Complete lack of reasonable oversight can create as much harm as criminalization. I am truelly discouraged to see that marijuana businesses act just like the tobacco, alcohol and gun lobbies but I guess that power and money changes everything and everyone.
