		<description>It&#039;s just terrible that BART&#039;s spokesman would endorse drivers blocking bus zones at BART stations. If there isn&#039;t enough space (or adequate signage) for cars to drop off passengers at BART stations, that&#039;s BART&#039;s problem to fix, and bus riders shouldn&#039;t be punished for BART&#039;s lack of customer services.</description>
