Voss took this photo of a car parked in front of new apartments in West Oakland. “The message on the car is just too good, and an act of street art “vandalism,” assuming,” Voss wrote in an e-mail. “I guess if you wanted to look a little too much into it you might see it as there goes the neighborhood type of thing (in terms of the new developments behind it which were having an open house that day).”
