Two questions:
--Why does the District need an additional building for their Facilities Dept. to work out of? (as opposed to working at OUSD HQ, now or when the new building opens);

--During the screening the front door is locked from the outside...I guess this is for security from potential burglars?  Is there still a way to escape in an emergency?]]></description>
