The need is almost done, and we are the only ones that can do it. I do agree that help would be better facilitated in other parts of our shared world. Most of that money is actually helping the diplomatic side, not for weaponry.

Also, in order to make social changes on the scale those people are talking about we need a working congress. President Obama is not a dictator. The U.S. Congress holds the control of the clear majority of the money needed. The president needs our help as the people, not chaotic idiots damaging personal and campaign property. Those are the kind of people that encourage bad things and help the side that hurts our future. Good to be active, but these people need to think, not just be reactionary.
