Community photo of the week: Outbound ferry

Every week, Oakland North will publish a photo submitted by one of our readers. This week’s photo is by John Teall.

Teall writes that the photo was shot in June on the ferry leaving Jack London Square, showing cargo ship blockage heading out into the bay.
