WELL presents Gajillionaire show
on March 2, 2009
Join us for the Artist Reception March 6th• 6-10p
show runs March 3 – 31st
Amos Gajillionaire’s work is highly decorative and extremely colorful, he combines hand painted optical art with silkscreening to create one-of-a-kind piece of artwork. Amos is dedicated to
making pieces accessible to a wide audience; his vision is to completely eradicate mass-produced posters and homogenized blandness from the walls of astute, urbane inhabitants.
Amos is out to prove that there is no reason discerning collectors of the 21st century cannot afford unique, exciting fine art. Each piece comes ready to hang, mounted onto 100% reclaimed poplar wood. that has been coated with a protective epoxy resin giving them a striking gloss and sumptuous shine. No two works are ever the same.
Amos Gajillionaire has been profiled in Surface magazine and collected by the likes of The Scissor Sisters, Rufus Wainwright, Shirley Manson of Garbage, Debbie Harry and Elton John.
