North Oakland Now 6.28.09

on June 28, 2009

It seems we’re not the only ones who love Temescal. Temescal gets some kudos as one of the best old house neighborhoods from This Old House magazine.

Today is the last day for SF Pride partying in San Francisco. There’s also one more night to celebrate here in Oakland at the The Vibe Lounge.  They are throwing a SF Pride After Party.  The doors open at 3pm and from 6-10p.m. soulful house, r&b and rare grooves will be spinning on the turn tables.

The San Francisco Chronicle has an article on how “normal” the Pride scene has become. Normal in San Francisco?  Say it ain’t so!
