The Oakland Running Festival starts with a Twilightaround Lake Merritt on Saturday evening. Sunday’s events include the marathon, which starts at 7:30 a.m., the at 9 a.m., the team relay at 7:30 a.m., and the kids’ at 8:30 a.m.
