Multimedia report: Learning in Golden Gate

on May 17, 2010

Our goal for this research project was to create an audio-visual map of the learning resources in the Golden Gate neighborhood. We tried to look at this story from as many angles as possible in an effort to present an accurate picture of learning in this historic, working-class, urban Oakland neighborhood. In addition to collecting data, we sought the perspectives of residents, teachers and parents. Click here to see the special report, including video interviews, maps, infographics and slideshows. We invite your feedback!
