It’s Halloween and time to scream with Oakland North

We need your most spooktacular Halloween photos. Do you have a creeptastic costume you want the world to see? Send us a pic. Is your home decked out to strike fear into the hearts of children for years to come? Then we want to see it. Oakland North plans to publish the photos you submit in a multimedia presentation kicking off our coverage of the most terrorrific holiday of the year.
