Need help with your errands? Try a personal assistant

on December 27, 2010

In the hustle and bustle of today’s society, it can be hard to find time for mundane tasks like doing laundry, grocery shopping and organizing your closet. But websites offering personal assistants to run your errands for you have been popping up all over the web.

TaskRabbit.com is one such website connecting people who need to get things done with people who have time to do them. Members post errands to TaskRabbit’s website; then runners, who first undergo a screening process through the company, bid on and are paid for individual tasks. The company started in Boston in 2008 and has now expanded to include the San Francisco Bay Area.

For more information on TaskRabbit, visit their website at www.TaskRabbit.com.
