Oakland North is continuing with our feature. Every Wednesday, we will publish a photo submitted by one of our readers. This week’s photo is by Bob Follett.
Follett said he likes to take “street-candid portraits” and came across two guys practicing skateboarding tricks in front of the Lakeview branch of the Oakland Public Library on July 8.
