Reinhart snapped this photo of a street sign tied with ribbons at Wellington and Evans Streets in the Glenview District. “I thought, ‘I love the Glenview’, then, ‘I love Oakland’, then ‘I’ve got to take a photo of this to share on our neighborhood
Facebook page!'” Reinhart wrote in an e-mail.
