Community Photo of the Week: Port Sunset

Oakland North is continuing with our feature. Every week, we will publish a photo submitted by one of our readers. This week’s photo is by Ashlee Willett.
Willett, who works for Customs and Border Protection at the Port of Oakland, snapped this photo of the port at sunset while waiting for a vessel to arrive. “I love the vivid colors, and the way the seagulls are placed,” Willett wrote in an e-mail. “I didn’t even notice that they were there when before I took the photo. It was a nice surprise!”
