Adoptable animal of the week: Dorothea

on September 3, 2013

Dorothea is a 5-year-old Maine Coon mix female, who is friendly, confident and eager to be your new best friend. She is the kind of cat that is content to entertain herself while you are at work and greet you with an enthusiastic “meow”  when you come home.  When you’re ready to unwind, she will settle in on your lap for a cuddle and a nap.

This cat is searching for a guardian who will listen to her when she feels “chatty” and be every bit as loving and loyal as she is.  Dorothea would also prefer to live in a home where she will be the only pet (because she’s pretty sure that she is the perfect companion).

Dorothea has been spayed, microchipped, is current on her vaccinations and has tested negative for FIV and FeLV.  To learn more about Dorothea, visit her Petfinder profile, which can be found here: http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/24998530.

To adopt Dorothea, all household members must meet with her, whether family or roommates.  The adoption fee is $35.
