Adoptable Pet of the Week: Foxy
on November 19, 2013
Our adoptable pet of the week is Foxy, a stunning silver marten rabbit with positive energy. Once you meet her, you won’t forget her. She is friendly and approachable, and she’ll happily greet you with her head down, nuzzling for affection. Are you ready to fall in bunny-love?
Foxy will be spayed and microchipped before she goes home with you. Her adoption fee is $35. To adopt, all household members must meet Foxy, whether they are roommates or family.
For more information about Foxy, visit her Petfinder profile online and watch her YouTube video. You can also visit her in person at Oakland Animal Services, 1101 29th Ave. in Oakland, conveniently located just three blocks from the Fruitvale BART station.
Part of the Oakland Police Department, Oakland Animal Services is both an Animal Control unit, in charge of the city’s public safety and animal welfare, and a shelter, which helps abused, neglected and abandoned animals within its facility. For more information and to view other adoptable pets, visit Oakland Animal Services online.
