Plant Exchange makes recycling plants a reality

This year was the ninth anniversary of the Plant Exchange. Odette Pollar started it in her backyard, and now it is held at 4500 Lincoln Avenue in Oakland twice a year.

The event is powered by volunteers and it attracts hundreds of visitors. Click the video above to see the highlights from this year’s event.
