Lee expands trash pickup to seven days to tackle illegal dumping

Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee announced Friday that the city would deploy crews to clean up illegal dumping sites during weekends.  The weekend crews will respond quicker to residents’ trash complaints, Lee said.
