Meanwhile, as the city council deliberates, the Communications Workers of America are rallying in front of City Hall to protest AT&T cutting health benefits, on the corner of 14th street and Broadway, before marching to the State building. About 50 people were amassed with signs and bullhorns at 3:50 p.m.
Tomorrow there is an Older Americans Month Celebration from 11-2 p.m in front of City hall which will include Tai Chi, singing and a circus theater, whatever that may be.
