Oakland police release sketches of suspects in West Oakland assaults

The Oakland Police Department released sketches of two men suspected of robbing and sexually assaulting three women in West Oakland. On November 20, a 26-year-old woman was walking home from work on the 1100 block of Market St. at 12:30 a.m. when two men held her at gunpoint and forced her to take them to her home, where they robbed and sexually assaulted the woman along with two other women, ages 29 and 30.
The suspects are described as two African-American males. One is described as 20-30 years old, 5’7 and 195 pounds with a mustache and goatee. The other is described as 20-25 years old, 6’2 and 175 pounds with hazel eyes. The suspects were seen driving a 1993-94 Honda Civic, 4-door, and black with a “square” spoiler. Police and Crime Stoppers of Oakland are offering up to $30,000 in reward money for information leading to the suspects’ arrest.
