Francisco Ulloa attended the foreclosure counseling conference in Oakland to get help modifying his loan. After achieving a modification, he spent the remaining days of the conference volunteering at the event.

The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, a non-profit organization, travels to a hundred different cities around the country each year offering free foreclosure counseling.
