Oakland police announced Friday morning that they believe they have found the gun used in the shooting of ten Oikos university students and staffers on Monday in East Oakland. Seven of the shooting victims died. One Goh, a former nursing student at the school, was arrested in connection with the shooting shortly afterward. It’s time for the annual Oakland Running Festival, and that means that some streets throughout the city will be closed on Sunday, March 25, to make way for the marathon and the other race courses. The festival is expected to attract 8,000 runners.

The Oakland Police Department has released a sketch of a man they are seeking in connection with a robbery and sexual assault that took place early Sunday morning in East Oakland.
